A Random Selection
Smoked Chicken SaladSmoked chicken breast mixed with mayonnaise, dill, and walnuts on a bed of mixed lettuces. Garnished with boiled egg, tomato, and red onion.
Honey Mustard Pork Loin
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
Oriental Chicken
Chicken marinated in oriental spices and sauces then quickly sautéed with a mixture of fresh vegetables. Served with steamed basmati.
BBQ Brisket
Our special peach BBQ sauce makes this a favorite. Accompanied by pan roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.
Chicken Piccata
Chicken scaloppini sautéed with lemon and capers. Served on a bed of pasta with a medley of grilled vegetables.
Roasted Salmon
Salmon fillet roasted in a crust of aromatic spices. Rice pilaf and a sauté of squashes blend perfectly.
Chicken Enchiladas
Pulled chicken breast spiced with our own special chili mix. Wrapped in corn tortillas and topped with salsa verde, cheddar, and monterey jack cheeses.
Coq au Vin
Chicken thighs slowly simmered in red wine and chicken stock. Served on a bed of pasta with fresh asparagus.
One thing about restaurants, you cook the same thing day after day. We don't want to do that, and we are sure you don't want the same menu time after time. We keep a week by week record of your personalized menus so that repetition of dishes is kept to a minimum.
