Sally,
Your tag line "We understand busy lives, but better yet, we understand
extraordinary food" says it all. We've tried personal chef services in the
past, and usually things just peter out after a month or two because the
food just isn't up to par and it isn't worth the time, trouble or money.
Not so with you guys. Just off the top of my head, I can name for or five
dishes -- chicken with tarragon cream sauce, chipotle chicken, vegetable
lasagna, Spanish-style beef on basmati rice, cinnamon pull-apart bread (OK,
that's not a dish, so sue me) that are 400 to 500 percent better than
anything I've ever tasted, even in fancy restaurants. Given that the price
point for your service is more toward the "affordable" end, I'm left with
this feeling that I've discovered a gold mine and I'm the first to get
there.
I cannot say enough good things about Cuisine By Design. I travel a lot,
and if there were one of you in every state, you'd be a national chain by
now -- just from references! Keep up the good work!

Sally informs us that she is one of ten chefs to be featured in a charity
event. We would like to congratulate you on your selection of Ms. Rose for
that event. In our opinion, she is an outstanding chef. That
recommendation comes from two people who travel extensively for both
business and pleasure and regularly eat in some of the finest restaurants in
the places we visit.
In some ways, we think we might be uniquely qualified to recommend Sally
Rose. First, with our many years of travel and enjoying the finest
restaurants available, both well known and unknown, we know outstanding
culinary skills when we experience them. And every week, we experience them
in our home through the artistry and creativity of Ms. Rose.
Ms. Rose has also risen to a dietary challenge and exceeded our wildest
imaginations. My wife, Patricia developed, as an adult, a true allergy to
all dairy products. Sally has been able to creatively prepare dishes, we
had long since abandoned to her allergy. Those dishes taste as though they
were made with their original dairy ingredients. Neither my wife or I know
how Sally does it but we are very grateful that she has restored so many
wonderful choices to our meal selections.
In short, we are certain of several things:
1. Sally was an outstanding choice for your event.
2. She has provided us with a far healthier and wider choice of options than
we have been able to experience otherwise.
3. She has restored so many recipe options, through her creativity, that we
thought were forever lost.
While we are not certain of this last point, I suspect that there are quite
a number of restaurateurs wondering where we are.
