About Us
We are not the common personal chef service ...
With a combined 40+ years in the hospitality industry, we have the knowledge and talent to produce menus customized to your every need.
If we have to write a recipe to fit your taste, we will. We then run a nutritional breakdown of the recipe to make sure it fits within the dietary guidelines and calorie counts that meet your needs.
Your menu items can be handled in one of three ways:
- Ready to cook
- Precooked and refrigerated
- Precooked and frozen
We then use the most appropriate cooking and storage methods to insure that the flavor, color, nutritional value, and textures meet your expectations.
Sally has over 20 years of experience in fine dining and catering, working both front and back of the house. Originally from Kansas City, Sally has been in the Dallas area since 1996.
Randal is a Dallas native with over 20 years experience in Dallas kitchens including The Fairmont Hotel and Star Canyon. Randal graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute with honors.
