We provide customized menu planning, complete grocery shopping, the finest organic produce, meats, and seafoods available and complete kitchen cleanup for dinner parties, receptions or special events. We love to give that special attention needed for small intimate gatherings as well as larger events. We can also provide extra wait staff and bartenders. Regular weekly meal service is also offered. This service can be customized to provide meals while you are here for summer or winter visits or long term. We specialize in custom designing upscale menus to fit your lifestyle. Flavours Private Chef Services is owned and operated by Susan Schnee, an established culinary professional with over 25 years experience in the food service industry. Susan owned an upscale restaurant in SW Montana for many years. After moving to Hawaii, she worked as the executive chef at a resort and conference center on the Big Island.

Now based in Whitefish, MT, Susan looks forward to introducing the pleasures of the new fine dining alternative to the beautiful Flathead Valley. She is the only member of the United States Personal Chef Association in NW Montana and is licensed, bonded and insured.
