A sample Winter menu for a week's meals highlights the available fresh ingredients of the season and provides a variety of entrees. The Crab Soup is a hearty Chesapeake mainstay with sweet crabmeat and assorted vegetables in beef broth and Old Bay Seasonings makes a complete meal with bread and salad. The Turkey Cutlets are sauteed in a spicy cranberry currant cream sauce that will delight your palette. The Black Bean Soup has an astoundingly exotic and complex blend of flavors. For a heartier version, Linguica, a garlicky Portuguese sausage is added. The Pork and Green Chille Casserole is a mildly spiced stew-type dish with pork, black beans, brown rice and cheese. Pot Roast with a Southwestern twist includes roasted seasonal vegetables and flavors of cumin and cilantro.

Remember, all menus are customized for each client after a thorough interview and survey. Each menu is submitted to the client for review before cooking day.
