Classical training in Culinary Arts, a passion for good food and good health and the desire to share these with people are what has led Chef Jeff to create Soul Satisfaction Personal Chef Services.
Good food is as important to good health and general well-being as exercise, yet today`s fast paced lifestyles and over abundance of unhealthy fast-foods and grocery store, frozen, sodium laden choices have helped create an abundance of unhealthy people. Time constraints such as after school programs and other extra curricular activities have made the family meal time almost a thing of the past. The question "What`s for dinner?" will no longer strike fear and elicit the popular "YUK!" response. The convenience of being able to schedule a meal within a 15 minute time frame offers the flexibility needed and enables your family to enjoy their life; to reconnect and slow down, while at the same time offering more free time to pursue other activities, or to just relax with your family. Cleanup is a breeze with the disposable packaging, just load the dishwasher and you`re done!

My service will provide your family with delicious, healthy meals customized to your taste and dietary requirements. I have literally thousands of recipes for you to experience, such as Braised Lamb Shanks with White Beans and Fennel, Chicken Genovese with Pesto and Artichokes, Black Bean Gazpacho Salad, or Shrimp Scampi with Spinach Fettucini. By following the reheating instructions provided your meals will taste freshly prepared. The finest quality produce and meats, the freshest fish available, all prepared without preservatives, without shopping, without cleanup.......Who could ask for more?

I am a 1980 Dean`s List graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. The last 20 years have been spent in various Hotels and Restaurants, including the Omni in Atlanta, the Richmond, Va. Marriott, and the Lowe`s Vanderbilt Plaza , the Union Station Hotel, and the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Nashville, Tennessee. I was also the Sous Chef at the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis, and the Assistant G.M. at the Staybridge Suites Hotel in Fishers, Indiana. I was the original Executive Chef and Pastry Chef for Kahn`s Fine Wines Marketplace and The Montage Catering in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Highlights of my career include being a guest chef on The Nashville Network`s syndicated television program "Cooking U.S.A." with Merle Ellis, and having original recipes that were submitted and approved for corporate distribution within the Marriott Hotel Corporation. I have also taught numerous cooking classes and received several awards from customer and public service related organizations.
I also am an excellent and accomplished pastry chef, and can prepare French Pastries, Gourmet Cookies, and custom Specialty and Wedding Cakes. I have been trained in the use of Marzipan, Modeling Chocolate, Pastillage and Rolled Fondant.

"How does Soul Satisfaction Personal Chef Services work?"
Soul Satisfaction Personal Chef Services will provide nutritious, gourmet style entrees with the appropriate side dishes, prepared in your home and packaged for reheating at your convenience. After an initial consultation menus will be developed,and upon their written approval the food items will be prepared in your home at an agreed upon day and time. The shopping, cooking and cleaning will be handled by Chef Jeff, leaving your home cleaner than before, with plenty of delicious meals waiting for your family`s enjoyment. Each entree is individually packaged and either refrigerated or frozen with the proper reheating instructions, with disposable packaging or reusable packaging such as Rubbermaid Servin` Savers. A copy of the following menu will be awaiting your approval on the kitchen counter.

Currently I service Midtown and the North Side of Indianapolis, including Lawrence, Fishers, Broad Ripple, Carmel, Geist, Noblesville, Meridian Hills, and Zionsville.
What other Services do you offer?"
Private dinner parties for up to 15 diners can be accomodated.
What does the service cost?
The cost of the service ranges from $8 to $16 per meal per person, depending upon the number of people being served, how often I`m cooking for you, and the type of menus and recipes used.
