I can prepare your menu for low-fat, low-sodium, low-cholesterol, and all will be great tasting home cooked meals. This service includes complete grocery shopping for all ingredients needed to plan your meals. Meals are prepared and packaged according to desired number of servings and can be used immediately or frozen for future use. Great for busy families, seniors, new moms, home medical recovery or simply anyone who would enjoy home cooked meals without the hassle of shopping, cooking and cleanup. I come with a passion for cooking heathy meals. In today's busy society, I feel that is it very important to provide families with a convenient meal to allow more time together around the table to discuss the issues of their day instead of the time wasted in meal preparation. I have been trained through the United States Personal Chef Association and I also have my Illinois State Sanitation License.
How many meals are prepared? A typical service consists of 5 main dinner entrees including side dishes. Each main entree can be prepared to serve either individuals or families. For example, a family of 4 would receive 4 servings of each main entree for a total of 20 meal servings per service. What does a typical service cost? The cost of a typical service depends on types of food, dietary restrictions, number of servings per entree needed, etc. The price of a basic package which is all inclusive, begins around $285.00. What does the cost include? A service includes menu planning, complete grocery shopping, preparation of meals, packaging and labeling with reheat directions, and total cleanup. You are not required to provide the chef with pots, pans, or utensils.
