Always having a love for cooking and dining with family and friends, I was fortunate, in 1992, to have the opportunity to attend culinary school and obtain a degree in culinary management. This greatly broadened my culinary knowledge.

As a member of the American Culinary Federation I have attended National Conventions and met some of the best chefs in this country. I continue to learn culinary techniques, current trends and cuisines from famous chefs locally and from around the country.

I have worked in St. Augustine and Jacksonville at some fine dining establishments.

Cooking It Up was established in November 1998. Serving the beaches of Jacksonville, Florida: Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach,Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and west beaches.
