ABOUT CHEF TRICIA FRIEDMAN
Chef Tricia has been cooking ever since she can remember. She has fond memories of experiments with cookies, cakes and other pastries beginning at the age of seven.
She expanded her horizons while spending a year in France with the AFS organization. Her French host mother taught many French culinary tricks and opened her eyes to a whole new world of food.
She is never shy in the kitchen and loves to try new recipes. She has never made a "tried and true" recipe for a single dinner party, but rather, enjoys the adventure of new flavors, new textures and new presentations. She subscribes to many cooking magazines including Bon Appetit which she has chronicled since 1993. She has logged every recipe ever tried and rated it for repeat performances.
Previously the COO of two different Internet companies, Chef Tricia has the process of personal cheffing down pat and runs a very efficient kitchen. Her business benefots from her organizational skills combined with her sincere passion for cooking.
As a graduate of Wittenberg University with a Bachelors in French literature, the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in French literature and the United States Personal Chef Institute, Tricia is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA).
