Chef and Owner Malissa Grinnals is passionate about food and cooking. Her love and interest have always been centered in and around the culinary profession. Her life experiences and travels have given her a great appreciation for many cultures and cuisines around the world. As the Chef and Owner, she is committed to providing quality service, meeting the needs of clients, and exceeding client expectations. She is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy, ServSafe certified, licensed, insured, and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association. She has been serving clients in the Inland Empire since 2005.   
Do you have a menu? No, each clients menu is specifically designed and customized according to thier taste and dietary needs. We meet with clients in thier home to complete a detailed food questionnaire in order to determine thier food likes and dislikes. This results in the creation of a culinary profile from which all client menus are designed. What is your specialty? We specialize in the clients needs. We make a wide variety of foods from gourmet to comfort, healthly, and ethnic. We can even prepare your own family favorite recipes. Do you do catering? "Dining In" Style is happy to offer "In Home" Catering for parties and special events. We work with you to create your special event menu, then prepare all of the foods in the convenience and privacy of your home. Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, we offer gift certificates for all occassions and for all of our services.
